Litigation Associate | Insurance Defense | At least 2+ Years' Experience

The Role
* Manage and assist with a broad range of civil litigation and insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
* Handle all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other substantive litigation documents.
* Take and defend depositions , attend hearings, and participate in trials.
* Work closely with experienced partners and fellow attorneys on complex litigation matters and client strategy.
What You'll Bring
* At least 3+ years of practical litigation experience , ideally within insurance defense, civil litigation, or related disputes.
* Admission to the Colorado Bar or due to be admitted .
