Civil Engineering Manager

Civil Engineering Manager leads land development projects, driving design and permitting while cultivating client relationships. Requires 5+ years in land development and a PE license preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial and industrial land development civil engineering projects.

• Collaborate with technical support staff, subcontractors and subconsultants.

• Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D.

• Plan sites, design civil engineering plans for land development.

• Design stormwater detention and sewer systems using various computer software.

• Manage permits through municipalities, DOT, sewer districts, and the EPA.

• Participate in professional organizations to promote professionalism and integrity.

• Maintain key client relationships for assigned projects.

• Conduct training for technical and operational staff.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients orally and in writing.

• Demonstrate organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

• Meet established deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

• 5 or more years in Land Development Civil Engineering.

• Experienced knowledge of Civil Engineering, specifically land development projects.

• Knowledge in AutoCAD Civil3D.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to run projects from start to finish.
