What you'll work on
- Residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including urban infill and redevelopment
- Site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management
- Entitlements, permitting, and coordination with DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia agencies
- Client and consultant coordination from concept through construction
- For PM-level candidates: leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships
What we're looking for
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work
- EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and regional jurisdictional requirements
- Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering projects
