- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience
- Active Illinois PE or ability to obtain it promptly
- Engineering consulting/design-firm background
- Municipal engineering, site development, or transportation/roadway design
- Civil-plan xzgxqkn development and review; Civil 3D/CAD knowledge
- Staff mentoring plus client, budget, schedule, and multi-project management
