Responsibilities:
- Manage and support civil site development projects from concept through completion.
- Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project teams.
Qualifications:
- 5–25 years of civil site design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of land development and permitting processes.
- PE license preferred.
