Responsibilities
Critical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License – Required
- Minimum 10 years construction industry experience
- Heavy highway / bridge / roadway / transportation infrastructure experience
- Structural and geotechnical engineering knowledge
- DOT infrastructure experience
- Engineering leadership experience
- Experience with STAAD, AutoCAD, MathCAD or similar platforms
- Knowledge of construction means, methods and sequencing
- PennDOT experience preferred
