nPosition Summary: The Civil Engineer position completes construction projects by preparing engineering design plans and documents in accordance with client and company specifications.
nPosition Responsibilities:
nPrepare engineering drawings and reports for land development projects
nAssist with or preparing permit applications
nErosion and sedimentation control reports
nDesign sediment traps and basins
nDesign stormwater management facilities
nDesign non-structural BMP’s for groundwater recharge
nPerform site visits
nContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
nEducation/Skills/Qualifications:
nB.S. degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
nProfessional registration (P.E.) is preferred but not required
nE.I.T certification
n1-5 years related experience/internships
nProficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 30) and stormwater management software is required
nValid driver’s license required
nExcellent communication skills and strong customer facing personality to effectively work with clients and team members
