What you'll work on
- Greenfield and suburban development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites
- Site layout, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management from concept to construction drawings
- Entitlements, rezoning, and permitting with local municipalities and Indiana state agencies
- Working directly with developers, owners, and design consultants
- For PM-level candidates: running project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships
What we're looking for
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work
- EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Indiana jurisdictional requirements
- Clear communicator with a record of delivering projects on time
