Senior Project Manager – Land Development
A growing engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Land Development team in Jacksonville. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to manage projects, develop client relationships, and help grow the firm’s presence throughout Northeast Florida.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial land development projects from planning through completion
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, design standards, and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, and regulatory agencies
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers and other industry partners
- Support business development and strategies to expand market share
- Mentor and develop junior engineering staff
Qualifications
- 10+ years of land development design or construction management experience in Northeast Florida
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and land development practices
- Established relationships with developers, architects, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
