Job Summary
Our client, a multidisciplinary professional services firm specializing in civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, and land planning, is seeking experienced Land Development Engineers with 4-10+ years of civil engineering experience for its Chantilly, VA office.
Team & Project Opportunities
Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Security Consultants, and Surveyors working on diverse projects across both public and private sectors.
Project opportunities include mixed-use developments, transit-oriented design, government facilities, residential and commercial developments, office buildings, utilities, infrastructure, and mission-critical/data center projects.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in civil engineering land development design, including site planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design.
- Experience supporting private-sector clients and public-sector/federal agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
- EIT or PE licensure preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000–$115,000+ (commensurate with experience)
