About the Role
Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering is seeking a Design Engineer to join our growing team. This is an early-career role (2+ years experience) with a clear path to Senior Design Engineer and Project Engineer.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.
You will contribute to design and production while developing technical expertise and coordination skills.
What You’ll Do
• Develop grading, drainage, and utility plans using Civil 3D
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis
• Support site development design from concept through construction
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies
• Assist with submittals and revisions
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of land development experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam
• Understanding of grading and utility design
Preferred
• EIT certification
