Responsibilities include leading/developing a team of 5 to 10 civil engineers/designers, mentoring/training junior staff, reviewing/approving staff time sheets/expenses, managing resource allocation/utilization, managing project delivery, preparing contract proposals/project budgets, directing/coordinating land development and environmental resource permitting, managing design projects and civil engineering delivery, implementing QA/QC programs, using technical expertise to solve complex engineering and staffing issues, monitoring project progress and preparing project status reports, managing project invoicing/accounts receivable, and coordinating work on projects within a multi-disciplinary team with minimal oversight. Leading/managing several projects concurrently.
