Duties
- Attend hearings and take and defend depositions while executing litigation strategies.
- Draft written discovery, including interrogatories, document requests, and requests for admissions.
- Manage client communications throughout litigation.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients, complying with case management requirements.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission and good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in research and discovery.
- Strong litigation experience and proactive team player.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
