An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the San Jose, CA area for a local individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Civil Construction Manager with a background in Wastewater/Water Treatment facility projects . All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Construction Management experience with large Civil/Wastewater/Water Treatment facility projects.
- Experience with Construction Administration duties including directing and supervising field construction activities, monitoring project plans/specs in tandem with project budget and schedule, responding to RFI’s, Submittals, Contractor scheduling, Close-Out Documentation, etc. is a MUST .
- Experience serving as owner representative , overseeing and communicating project progress, coordinating daily construction management and interacting with clients, designers, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies is a MUST .
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related is a MUST .
- California Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or Certified Construction Manager (C.C.M.) is a MUST .
