Key Responsibilities

• Construct forms for the placement of concrete and structures
• Checks forms while concrete is being placed
• Assistand direct others in stripping forms after concrete placed
• Install miscellaneous materials inerectingconcrete structures
• Install pre-cast concrete elements
• Spread, level and smooth concrete, using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel,handor power screed, and float.
• Fabricates materials to prescribe measurements usingappropriate toolssuch as hand or power saws, chisels, and planes.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials forlong periodsof time
• Knowledge of handheld and power tools including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws and edging tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible schedule is a plus
