Another great reason to join our team!We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil CAD Designer to join our team in Pottstown, PA.

This role focuses on preparing site development plans and supporting civil engineering design for a variety of residential, commercial, and municipal projects.As a Civil CAD Designer, you will assist engineers and project managers in developing grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and erosion control plans while ensuring compliance with local, state, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed site layout, grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and erosion & sediment control plans using CAD softwareAssist engineers with the design and development of land development projects from concept through constructionInterpret surveys, zoning requirements, and municipal standards to incorporate into design plansPerform earthwork calculations, stormwater management layouts, and utility design supportDraft, revise, and maintain technical drawings, plans, and profiles for project submissions and approvalsCoordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and project alignmentSupport preparation of plans for municipal, county, and state agency submissionsMaintain organized project files and documentation for reference and revisionsStay informed on design standards, software updates, and land development regulationsQualificationsExperience as a Civil Designer, Civil CAD Technician, or in a similar civil engineering support roleProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or comparable CAD design softwareWorking knowledge of land development design principles, grading, drainage, and utilitiesFamiliarity with municipal design standards, zoning ordinances, and permitting processesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in plan preparationWhat We OfferWe are committed to creating a personal and professional environment where we can build and focus on helping communities through teamwork and support.
