Civil BIM Designer

Seeking a hands-on Civil BIM Designer & Coordinator with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, the full-time remote position will develop, coordinate, and maintain civil models for large-scale data center campuses, focusing on site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility systems. Key Responsibilities Advance feasibility, constructability, and phasing by preparing layout, grading, and routing options for early design reviews Lead civil site development by creating and maintaining surfaces, grading models, and managing stormwater and flood protection requirements Develop and coordinate plant utility systems, modeling networks for gas supply, cooling water, and electrical systems while ensuring alignment with engineers and construction partners Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of civil design, BIM modeling, or civil infrastructure drafting experience, with a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, including grading, utility networks, and model dependencies Experience with site-survey data, GIS, and point clouds, along with familiarity in Navisworks for model coordination Ability to independently deliver civil packages and interpret engineering information effectively Strong organizational skills to manage changing priorities across concurrent projects
