Join us, as together, we are Building a Better World for All of Us®.SEH is currently searching for a Civil Airports Engineer / Project Manager to join our talented Airports team!Why our employee-owners love SEH:Collaborate on amazing projects of varying size and complexity that positively impact communitiesBeing 100% employee-owned means we all share in the company's successCareer development through continued education, licensure/certification, skills, and technical trainingWork arrangements that promote work/life balanceFlexible holidays enable individuals to tailor their festivitiesPaid Family Leave provides time to care for loved ones, whether family by birth or family by choiceThis Opportunity:Lead and oversee detailed design of airport infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, buildings, and utilitiesEnsure high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of project deliveryPrepare comprehensive construction plans and specifications while actively contributing to project estimation and budgeting to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budgetPartner with clients, planners and engineers to define project scopes, develop task hour budgets, create schedules, prepare fee proposals, and lead federal and state grant application and management effortsStay at the forefront of industry excellence by mastering the latest airport design standards and innovative proceduresCreate and foster an empowered team environment by embracing individual accountability and contributing collaboratively to shared successThis opportunity is open to candidates residing in Madison, WIEssential Qualifications:Demonstrated experience leading planning, design, and execution of complex airport, FAA, and WisDOT projects, applying deep expertise in construction standards and methodologiesBachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge and technical acumenProfessional Engineer license in the state of Wisconsin, or ability to obtain within six monthsProven success managing airport design and construction projects and leading cross-functional teams from concept to completionPreferred Qualifications:Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience leading planning, design, and execution of complex airport, FAA, and WisDOT projects, applying deep expertise in construction standards and methodologiesProven experience in proposal writing and client management with demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposalsBase compensation is expected to be in the range of $125,000 and $150,000 based on skill set and experience.
