PC AssociateWe are seeking a detail-oriented PC Associate to support circuit board assembly and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for building, testing, and inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) while operating SMT equipment and ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electronic assembly and SMT operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.Duties & Responsibilities• Circuit Board AssemblyBuild circuit boards within standardized production timelines using established templatesPerform hand-soldering of specialty components as requiredTest circuit boards to ensure reliability and accuracy• SMT Equipment OperationOperate SMT machines and PC-based control systems used in circuit board assemblyLoad programs, initiate production runs, and monitor machine performanceAssist with loading and unloading feeders and electronic components• Quality Control & InspectionPerform visual inspections of PCBs to ensure quality and accuracyReview and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistencyIdentify and report quality issues or defects to appropriate team members• Production Support & MaintenancePerform basic machine maintenance including cleaning equipment and changing reelsRecord production data and update systems as requiredAssist with inventory control, including overstock management• Team Collaboration & SupportMentor and support entry-level team membersAssist with cross-training in other departments as neededContribute to process improvement initiativesSupport special projects and additional production needs as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualifications & Requirements• RequiredMinimum 2+ years of electronic assembly experienceExperience with SMT operations and PCB assemblyIntermediate hand-soldering skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet production timelinesBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesIntermediate computer skillsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishStrong time management skills and reliable attendancePositive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to take feedback professionallyAbility to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, and reachingAbility to work in varying environmental conditionsMust be authorized to work in the United States• PreferredHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)Experience with ERP or CRM systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
