CIPD Licensed HR Generalist

Providing comprehensive HR administration services, the part-time CIPD Licensed HR Generalist will manage employee relations, recruitment processes, and compliance with local employment laws for international teams while working remotely for 20 hours per week. Key responsibilities Managing employee documentation, annual leave, and absences while liaising with finance and operations teams Advising and supporting local managers on employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies Processing new starters and leavers, conducting probation tracking, and managing terminations and redundancy meetings Required qualifications Fully CIPD qualified or equivalent experience Significant commercial HR management experience at a senior level, ideally in an international context Strong knowledge of UK employment law and familiarity with international employment laws relevant to the operational countries Experience working in a software sector and with US-owned organizations is preferred Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
