Our manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of their restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Product preparation and deliveryCustomer relationsRestaurant maintenance and repairInventory managementTeam management, including recruiting and retention of team membersFinancial accountabilityProvide leadership by promoting excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
