- User Journey Orchestration/Flow Design & Configuration
- REST API development/integration
- Create Runbooks, Integration Playbooks for Operations Teams
- Programming (Java, JavaScript)
- Directory/LDAP - Schema Design/Configuration
- Writing & Validating Test Cases
- SAML, Oauth, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO Standards/Protocols
- Lite Front-End Development (e.g., React)
- Git-ops Tools (e.g., GitLab, Terraform, Docker)
- IT Troubleshooting & Operations - Application, System, Network, Database, Logs (Splunk)
