Eaton’s CPA division is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support front end engineering processes for ETO products at either Sumter, SC or El Paso, TX. This role focuses on process improvements, tool utilization, KPI tracking, and SOP updates across engineering and design teams.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in engineering, 5+ years in ETO or related project management, and experience with Bid Manager, MI Manager, and Design Automation.
