Church Security & Safety Leader

Crossroads Community Church, Inc. is seeking a Site Security Leader to ensure safety and security for the community. This role requires overseeing security operations, managing incidents, and collaborating with local law enforcement, all while promoting a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have law enforcement or military training, exceptional conflict resolution skills, and the commitment to uphold the values of Crossroads. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are expected.
