Chiropractic Business Development Lead

To support a growing chiropractic market, the full-time Chiropractic Business Development Team Lead will coach and develop a team of Chiropractic BDRs, drive performance metrics, and enhance the company's market approach while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Coach and develop Chiropractic BDRs through regular feedback and training focused on prospecting and qualification Drive team performance against activity and demo goals, using data to identify gaps and create action plans Own the execution of the Chiropractic BDR motion, ensuring focus on high-value accounts and opportunities Required Qualifications 3+ years of BDR, SDR, sales, or relevant business development experience Previous experience in the chiropractic industry or related healthcare market preferred 6-12+ months of leadership or people management experience preferred Demonstrated success in meeting individual sales or business development goals Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and sales development fundamentals
