We’re looking for a Senior-level Startup & Commissioning Technician responsible for leading complex startups and commissioning efforts, troubleshooting critical issues, and supporting training and process improvement

- Owning start-up & commissioning of advanced systems

- Diagnosing faults across mechanical & electrical systems

What you need:
- 7+ years of heavy tonnage HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical)
- Knowledge of refrigeration & hydronic systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude and confidence working independently
