Childwatch Leader — Safe, Engaging Kids Programs with Free YMCA Membership

Channel Islands YMCA is seeking a Childwatch Leader to assist with planning, supervising, and implementing childwatch activities in line with our procedures. You will provide attentive care, maintain a safe environment, and ensure positive interactions with children and families at our facility.

The role requires at least a 16-year-old applicant, ability to obtain clearance, and completion of required trainings within the first weeks of hire. A supportive, community-focused team awaits you.
