Provides leadership and creates vision for staff resulting in an understanding and belief in recovery. Plans and determines work priorities utilizing data collection and utilization reports. Provides back up for on call staff as needed.
Determine schedule for staff coverage.Master's Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline.Supervisor experience. One to two years experience in crisis management delivery.Registered with the State of Michigan as a Licensed Master's Social Worker, Limited Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Professional Counselor and must meet the standards of Child Mental Health Professional.
