The Director of Children’s Ministry at FBA provides spiritual and operational leadership for the ministry to children in grades K-5, creating a Christ-centered environment where children hear the Gospel and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
The role requires aligning with FBA’s beliefs and values, recruiting and equipping volunteers, and developing ministry goals and programs while partnering with church staff to connect children to the life of the church.
