Children's Case Management/CTSS Practitioner
The Children's Case Management/CTSS Practitioner provides mental health case management and support services to children and their families in the community setting.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience or 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Driver's license and proof of insurance coverage required.
