Child Safety Investigator

Passionate about creating a safe digital environment for minors, the full-time Child Safety Investigator will conduct in-depth investigations into child safety violations, review sensitive content, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, while working within a hybrid model. Key responsibilities: Conduct in-depth investigations into child safety violations and disrupt malicious actors Review sensitive content, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), as part of investigative work Communicate investigation findings through written briefs suitable for law enforcement and legal teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant experience in online child safety investigations or a comparable field Comfortable reviewing sensitive content with strong resilience for emotional demands Working knowledge of NCMEC CyberTipline reporting workflows Experience with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) investigations
