- The Psychiatry team includes physicians and advanced nurse practitioners trained in Adult and Child Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Offers multiple practice modalities for patients to access care, including collaborative care, psychotherapy, groups, or medication management support.
- Innovative care models include Collaborative Care embedded in primary care, individual therapy, and groups such as Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar, CBTi, Geropsychology, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and EDMR.
- Administrative support with a dedicated practice manager and case managers.
- New providers are assigned a dedicated mentor and robust onboarding program.
Compensation
- Up to $80,000 in bonus compensation with no repayment
- Strong Base Salary + Quality & Production Incentives
- Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $315,000 - $450,000
- Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Requirements
- Unrestricted License to practice in Washington State by start date
- Unrestricted DEA by start date
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
- Preferred: Inpatient or outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry experience
- Preferred: Comfort with electronic health records
