Therapist Pay Range: Continue to grow your career. We offer a career path with ongoing development opportunities. Therapist Levels I through IV positions are established based on your education and experience. Salary: Therapist I annual salary is $60-$70K depending on experience. Therapist II-IV salaries are at higher pay grades, and are obtained with more than three years of experience. We're seeking a Child Outpatient Therapist who is passionate about supporting youth and empowering families through compassionate, high-quality mental health services.
What You'll AccomplishIn this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents.
- Engage parents and caregivers as active partners in treatment.
- Help clients achieve measurable progress toward their mental health and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Eligibility to qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in Oregon.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills.
- Ability to build trust with children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
- Professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure in Oregon.
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services to children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches.
