Child Development Specialist

To enhance the capacity of Tribal early childhood programs, the full-time remote Tribal Child Care Project Specialist will coordinate and develop high-quality training and technical assistance for Tribal Child Care and Development Fund programs, ensuring culturally responsive support for children and families. Key responsibilities Coordinate the development of training materials and technical assistance resources for Tribal early childhood programs Support the design and delivery of targeted training events and webinars, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and Indigenous Storywork Maintain project timelines and oversee resource development processes to meet project goals and deadlines Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Administration, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field 5+ years of experience in early childhood services and training/technical assistance Knowledge of Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) regulations and Head Start performance standards Proficiency in MS Office Applications and project management tools Experience working with Federally recognized Tribes and understanding of American Indian and Alaska Native communities preferred
