Job Duties1. Exercise second level (or higher) technical and administrative supervisory personnel management responsibilities for 25% or more during duty time.2. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of a Child Development Center, ensuring the programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.3.
Develops, administers and evaluates an ongoing program of individual and group developmental and educational activities for staff implementation and execution.4. Responsible for the financial operation of the Child Development Program, the facilities, grounds, equipment, health and safety.
