What Will You Be Doing?

As a Center Director, you will be responsible for leading and growing a successful early‑childhood education center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of the school, doing whatever it takes to deliver on financial metrics while never compromising on child safety, excellent programming, and employee appreciation.
• Drive enrollment growth by engaging with the community, conducting excellent tours, and building relationships with prospective families.
• In partnership with Marketing, implement marketing and outreach strategies to ensure strong enrollment and brand awareness.
• Recruit, hire, and train a team of educators to establish a high‑quality learning environment while keeping children safe.
• Develop an online presence to keep families engaged and informed leading up to and beyond the center’s opening.
• Develop strong family partnerships, foster open communication, and ensure a welcoming and nurturing environment for children.
• Manage daily operations to ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
• Lead staff development through mentorship, training programs, and performance evaluations.
• Produce desired outcomes for KPIs such as enrollment, labor management, employee engagement, and health and safety.
• Oversee the administrative functions such as scheduling, payroll, billing, and overall center budgeting.

Requirements

• A creative and driven spirit, and a commitment to doing whatever it takes for the success of your school.
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a licensed child‑care facility.
• Experience in opening and launching new child‑care centers.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a team.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
• Knowledge of state childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
