Child Autism Specialist - We Train You

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role you will work one‑on‑one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence‑based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence‑based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress with regular data collection.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and other team members.
• Occupy physical demands of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting and occasionally carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and pass a tuberculosis test (if not recent).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Physical ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $19 – $20 per hour.
