This role involves covering an inpatient unit until a permanent provider is secured, offering a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule. The position includes night call with low callback burden, supported by APPs.
Practice Info
- Inpatient child and adolescent psychiatry unit
- Average census of 6 - 10 patients per day
- Docs are 2nd call to APP
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage until a permanent provider is found
Compensation
- $185 - $230 hourly
- Competitive compensation
- Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
