Compensation
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual cash bonus up to $25,000
- Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration
- Generous 'above market' compensation + unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers
- Annual income potential: $268,000 to $369,000+
- Compensation model based on productivity

Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC)
- Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA
- Experienced with both medication management as well as therapy
- Must reside in Virginia
