- Annual cash bonus up $25,000
- Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration
- Generous 'above market' compensation + unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers
- Annual income potential: $268,000 to $369,000+, compensation model based on productivity

Qualifications
- Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC)
- Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA
