• Out-patient practice
• Multidisciplinary team, collegial work environment
• Full administrative support, handles all scheduling & billing

• Outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering
• Focuses on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues

• Medication management

Compensation

• Sign-on bonus
• Annual cash bonus up to $25,000
• Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration
• Generous 'above market' compensation + unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers
• Annual income potential: $268,000 to $369,000+
• Compensation model based on productivity
• Salary Range: $255,000 - $295,000 a year

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• BE/BC
• Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA
• Experienced with both medication management as well as therapy
• Must reside in Virginia
