Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

• Major component of a comprehensive Department of Psychiatry
• Includes Pediatric Consultation Program, Outpatient Clinic, School Based Mental Health Program, and Home Based Crisis Intervention Program
• ACGME accredited Adult Residency Training Program

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care (psychiatric evaluation and treatment)
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary staff
• Supervision of residents and other trainees
• Participation in teaching and other educational activities

Compensation

• Faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Health System based on qualifications
• Compensation range from $271,000 to $281,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
• The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree
• Completion of ACGME accredited residency training program in psychiatry
• Completion of fellowship training program in child and adolescent psychiatry
• ABPN certification in psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry
• Current New York State License
• Medicaid number
• DEA number
