Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

LifeStance is seeking a Psychiatrist to join their team, focusing on high-quality mental health care. This role allows clinicians to prioritize patient care, supported by dedicated teams handling administrative tasks and local clinical leadership. Psychiatrists can personalize their practice with flexible models and build a caseload aligned with their interests.

• Dedicated teams handle billing, technology, and administrative tasks.
• Local clinical leadership offers ongoing support and consultation.
• Psychiatrists work in-person or in hybrid models.
• Care Matching model allows building a caseload aligned with interests and expertise.
• Work alongside experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners in a collegial environment.
• Access to regular Grand Rounds led by subject matter experts, weekly consult hours with clinical leadership, and opportunities for training in TMS and other innovative therapies.

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient care.
• Set own scheduled hours and appointment lengths.
• Build a caseload aligned with interests and areas of expertise.
• Integrate psychotherapy into everyday practice.
• Supervise newly graduated PMHNPs (compensated opportunity).

Compensation

• Annual Compensation Estimate: $300,000-$373,000
• Compensation model based on productivity.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date).
