Compensation
- Competitive compensation model based on productivity - $300,000-$375,000
- Additional compensation offered for supervising Nurse Practitioners (not required)

Requirements
- Fully licensed in Indiana (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA
- Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
