Compensation
- Salary Range: $278,000 - $375,000 a year
- Fee For Service Productivity Model - W2
- Generous Sign-on bonus
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)

Requirements
- Fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process
- BC or BE within 3 years of completing residency
- Unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy for child and adolescent populations
