Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary collaboration with nursing, social work, therapy services, education specialists, and physician leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Oversee physician staffing, scheduling, call coverage, and provider performance while supporting professionalism and accountability
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and Joint Commission and state quality metrics
- Lead interdisciplinary meetings, treatment reviews, and operational planning to improve patient outcomes and care delivery
- Partner with pediatric services, emergency medicine, behavioral health teams, and hospital leadership to optimize patient flow and continuity of care
- Support medical education through resident, fellow, and student teaching while promoting academic excellence
- Develop clinical protocols, program growth, and address concerns to shape the direction of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry services
Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $292,845
- Max Starting Salary: $418,988.50
- Eligible to participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited medical school
- ABPN board certification or eligibility
- Successful completion of accredited residency in Psychiatry
- Skilled in interpersonal communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with patients and families
