- Weekdays Monday-Thursday – Call 1 Day; On Call for Inpatient Consults and Acute Add-Ons in Clinic

Job Duties
- Types of Patients Include Neglect, Physical/Sexual Abuse, Medical Abuse, Drug Endangerment, Witnessed Violence
- Focus on Comprehensive Medical Evaluation
- SCAN Consults (Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect) – Inpatient Consults are provided 7 Days a Week to Anyone in the Hospital
- In-Patient Coverage is Shared Between All Providers (1:5)

Requirements of the Child Abuse Pediatrician
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Completed Pediatric Residency
- Have/Will Complete Child Abuse Fellowship
