The University of Connecticut seeks its inaugural Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to lead enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and administrative modernization across its multi-campus system.
Reporting to the President, the CTO will partner with senior leaders to implement the Envision 2034 plan, drive cost savings, revenue opportunities, and improve service delivery while prioritizing student success and access.
