Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of progressive technology leadership experience within a financial institution are required. Experience leading technology strategy and transformation within a complex and growing financial institution is strongly preferred, along with advanced information-security certifications.

A comprehensive compensation package will be offered to the selected candidate. The targeted range for the base salary of the Chief Technology Officer is approximately $200,000 to $285,000.

• The CTO will monitor emerging technologies, strengthen cybersecurity and business continuity, manage technology risk, cultivate key vendor and technology-partner relationships, and foster a culture of innovation throughout the organization.
• San Francisco Fire Credit Union is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer to join its executive team and lead the organization’s technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation. The CTO will develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that supports organizational growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional member experience. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, this leader will establish annual technology priorities, strategies, and budgets; advance automation and scalable digital solutions; and ensure the Credit Union’s infrastructure and systems remain secure, reliable, resilient, and compliant.
