Chief Technology Officer, Rochester, NHWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of Chief Technology Officer. This critical position will work closely with the executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and growth of the organization. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including analytical planning and driving executive initiatives particularly within the context of IT Hardware Management. This is a 100% Onsite position and NOT Remote.Chief Technology Officer Responsibilities:Strategic Partner to the CEO:– Work closely with the CEO to execute the company's strategic initiatives, aligning these efforts with the overall vision and goals of the organization.
– Provide analysis of data from the production floor and sales transactions to drive initiatives.Organizational Optimization:– Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement and streamlining. – Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the company.Data Analysis and Reporting:– Analyze data related to IT Asset Management to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. – Prepare reports and presentations for the executive team to support decision-making.Chief Technology Officer Qualifications:– Bachelor's degree is required. – Proven experience in an analytical role, with a track record of managing complex projects and initiatives.
